Inevitable

What is left to do?
You’ve loved, You’ve lost
You’ve conquered, You’ve been defeated,
You’ve reached all your goals.
What is left to do?
Should your physical being cease to be?
Has all that you’ve worked for come to this?
Is death Inevitable?
We’ll all face it someday,
Whether we’ve reached our goals or not.
Maybe we’ll never conquer,
Never have loved, only lost.
Our lives will come to an end one day,
So accomplish all that is possible now.
